Eltham Farmers' Market is accredited by the Victorian Farmers' Markets Association and operates every Sunday.
You'll find the market above Eltham Town Mall in the carpark at 10-18 Arthur Street in the community's heart.
A variety of stallholders offers beautiful farm-fresh produce and artisan makers' food and other products, all of which are sold by the farmer or maker, and market organiser Local Food Connect Incorporated is committed to keeping local produce in the market where possible. All stallholders are Victorian farmers and makers and almost half of them - 18 stallholders - are from Nillumbik Shire Council communities or neighbouring local government areas.
Together with fabulous groceries, market day features regular entertainment, coffee-to-go and ready-to-eat food.
On the fourth Sunday of each month our market hosts a community fruit and vegetable swap.
Local Food Connect is a not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to promoting the interests of our local food community and economy. As a VFMA-accredited market, Eltham Farmers' Market adheres to public health and safety guidelines.
Contact the market manager for more information, to ask questions, make points or to apply to become a stallholder.
